B. Sc. in Agriculture Course Details
Dolphin College offering a full-integrated program in B.Sc. Agriculture to the candidates having passed 12th standard with 50% (45% in case of Scheduled Castes/Tribes) aggregate marks in compulsory subjects such as English, Maths/Biology, Physics, Chemistry or intermediate/12th with agricultural subjects is eligible to join this course. This program is of 3 years duration divided into 6 semesters. Each semester lasts for 6 months. The students have to face various theoretical and practical subjects in each semester.

l State/Central Government Jobs: The graduates of this field can work as an Agriculture Development Officer (ADO) or Block Development Officer, Class-I (Gazetted), Agriculture Extension Officer, Range Forest Officer, District Horticulture Officer (D.H.O. Grade-I), Superintendent-Govt Garden, District Cane Officer, Assistant Conservator regularly recruited by the respective state governments. There are various competitive exams conducted by UPSC, SSC to recruit these graduates at suitable job posts. Even, the graduates can also get a job as an Agriculture Graduate Trainee in IFFCO.
